We believe your life matters

We built the support system we believe everyone deserves.

After years of working to make mental health care more equitable, we saw firsthand how often our communities are failed by systems that were never built with all of us in mind.

We came to believe that true equity in healing requires more than expanding access to what already exists—it requires imagining a new model of care altogether.

One rooted in human connection, built for the everyday realities of life, and designed to give more of us the support we need to heal, thrive, and live fully.

That belief became MindRight Labs—where we're building a new system of care, starting with a personal human support system for everyday life.

Mission statement

Our mission is to unlock healing and joy for all – especially those overlooked by traditional systems.

What we stand for

At MindRight, our values aren’t performative—they’re lived. These are the beliefs that guide every message, every membership, and every moment of care we create.

Our communities can heal ourselves

We trust in the wisdom, strength, and resilience within our own communities. We’re not waiting for traditional systems to save us—we're building our own spaces to thrive.

Care should feel like care

Support should be affirming, human, and judgment-free. We hold space for your whole self—your joy, your grief, and everything in-between.

We’re not just here to cope—we’re here to experience joy

We challenge systems and narratives that define us only by pain. Healing means more than surviving—it means creating space for peace, presence, and joy in our everyday lives.

Our leadership

Our leadership brings lived wisdom and world-class experience—from places like Yale, and Stanford—to the work of reimagining mental health. We’re innovators, healers, and community-builders, all here for one mission: unlocking healing and joy, together.
