We believe your life matters
MindRight Health was founded in June 2019 by Ashley Edwards to make mental health support radically accessible, culturally affirming, and rooted in community care. We believe in the power of our communities to heal themselves—and each other. By harnessing technology, we’re not just offering mental health support at scale, we’re building a movement for collective healing and lasting change.

Mission statement
Our mission is to unlock healing and joy for all – especially those overlooked by traditional systems.
What we stand for
At MindRight, our values aren’t performative—they’re lived. These are the beliefs that guide every message, every membership, and every moment of care we create.
Our communities can heal ourselves
At MindRight, our values aren’t performative—they’re lived. These are the beliefs that guide every message, every membership, and every moment of care we create.
Care should feel like care
Support should be affirming, human, and judgment-free. We hold space for your whole self—your joy, your grief, and everything in-between.
We’re not just here to cope—we’re here to experience joy
Support should be affirming, human, and judgment-free. We hold space for your whole self—your joy, your grief, and everything in-between.
Our leadership
Our leadership brings lived wisdom and world-class experience—from places like Google, Yale, and Stanford—to the work of reimagining mental health. We’re innovators, healers, and community-builders, all here for one mission: unlocking healing and joy, together.
Who are our coaches?
Our coaches are trusted community members who bring a rich diversity of lived experience to their support. They reflect the identities of the communities we serve and are trained to navigate conversations with cultural humility, an understanding of trauma, and deep awareness of power and privilege—so everyone feels seen, heard, and safe.
Join the movement
We're building a team grounded in compassion and driven by excellence. If you lead with heart, learn with humility, and believe everyone deserves accessible mental health support—you belong here.
